Kicked up Italian fare This spot has some interesting eats. Started off with the roasted bone marrow which was very savory (although the marrow was a little bit too roasted - hard to scrape off). We then tried the toscana which was an interesting mix of Wagyu, goat cheese, and bone marrow glaze. Crust was thin yet toasty. My fav was the tagliatelle which was perfectly made with plenty of beef and mushroom umami. Yummy spot

Who doesn't love a good pizza? We went on a Saturday evening, and it was absolutely crowded! We had a reservation for 4, but when we arrived, we were 5. We kindly informed them, and they easily accommodated our request. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving, and both the host and our waitress were really nice! For pizzas, we tried the Margherita, Toscana, and Campagnola. The Toscana was my favorite, with wagyu and glaze--definitely different from anything I've tried before. My friend ordered the Mandili, which she enjoyed as well. Pausa Bar and Cookery is a really nice place: trendy, with great food, though it is on the pricey end.. But for sure, I recommend reserving a spot!

First time trying Pausa and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service, ambiance and delicious food. For starters, we ordered the octopus carpaccio, the burrata and the bone marrow. The burrata was amazing with the toasted bread. The octopus carpaccio was full of flavor too - just wished there was a bigger portion. The bone marrow was fatty and went great with the bread - but also wish there was more lol. We also ordered the campagnola pizza. The corn threw me off a bit, but it was delicious! The crust was PERFECT. Not too crunchy, perfectly chewy.. the bread was just immaculate. Would definitely recommend this spot for Italian food.
